Job Description:

We’re hiring a reliable, adventurous cleaner on a part-time basis — someone who enjoys working outside with their hands, has experience cleaning Airbnbs or homes, and doesn’t mind laundry.

You’ll help take care of our off-grid glamping retreat on 60 acres of beautiful mountain land near the Blue Ridge Parkway, between Marion and Spruce Pine. Two 30-foot waterfalls, natural springs, big mountain views, and hiking trails. The Blue Ridge Parkway property is our first location with more extraordinary properties in the pipeline.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Cleaning yurts and domes, making beds, and organizing
  • Keeping supplies stocked with runs to town
  • Tidying campsites, trails, and fire pit areas
  • Washing linens at home (washer/dryer required)


Schedule: Mostly Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 11am–3pm, varying with guest check-outs.

Hours: 12-15 hours per week to start, growing as we expand. Our goal is for this to become a full-time cleaning manager role next year.

Compensation:  Pay starts at $20/hour + gas reimbursement. Clear structure for bonuses and raises as you grow with us.
